We’re Moving!
Starting Monday, November 2, Roanoke Music School lessons will be held at our new location: Colonial Presbyterian Church, 3550 Poplar Drive, Roanoke, VA 24018. We’re excited to welcome students into our new teaching space! The entrance is via Poplar Drive, not Georgetown Road. Your regular lesson day and time will stay the same, unless if you reached out. We’ll send parking and arrival details before your first lesson at the new location. Our lessons will take place in dedicated RMS rooms, and we’ll share the waiting area with a violin teacher.
Maternity Leave Update
Our family is getting ready to welcome a new baby in November! I’ll be taking a maternity leave around the birth, but lessons will continue as scheduled. While I’m away, Ashley, our administrator, will be available to help with questions and scheduling. Please reach her through our usual channels: info@roanokemusicschool.com or call/text (540) 627-5271. Thank you for your understanding—I’m excited to share this new chapter with our RMS community!
Fall Spirit Week
We’re adding a little festive fun to lessons! Students are welcome to wear a Halloween costume or fall-themed outfit to their lesson during the week of October 26-31. Please make sure it’s comfortable for playing. We’ll choose a favorite costume to win a small prize!
